The space Located in the popular Peregian Beach, this is a private and spacious beach house. Inspired by coastal mid-century design, you’ll love lounging in the laid back, soft indoor furnishings of the family room at the centre of the home. With seamless indoor to outdoor living, in the evenings you’ll find yourself on the expansive deck to watch dusk turn to twilight in a striking sunset – sundowner drink in hand and BBQ alight. From here, you can watch your children enjoy the vast back gardens with plenty of grass to kick a ball, and a pool to swim. On nightfall, you’ll love to gather around the outdoor firepit and swap stories from the day. You’re a 2 minute drive or 15-minute stroll to Peregian lifeguarded beaches in one direction, and in the other, a 30-minute walk (or 4-minute drive) to Peregian Village - famed for its boutique shopping, sunny cafe’s, coffee culture and award-winning restaurants. With the National Park on your doorstep, simply step out the back door to a full network of trails that take you all the way to Noosa! Enjoy peaceful hinterland walks through these winding paths that inspire you to relax and let go. Separated on the lower level, is a tucked away office quarters and a third bedroom with queen bed and bathroom. All bedrooms are with ceiling fans, and there is air conditioning in the main upper living area. The property is fully fenced and so perfect for the family pet. The home is designed with every comfort in mind – a Moccamaster coffee machine, board games, and beach towels. If you like to surf, we'll connect with you with the local Aussie instructor or board rental. Rich in spirit, the beauty of this iconic quintessential coastal home, is your home away from home. Guest access We will answer any queries you may have regarding the house or the local area. The garage is kept locked and not accessible during your stay. There is linen locked in kids bedroom cupboards. Other things to note All the essentials to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable; with linen, bath and beach towels are provided.
