Failure to comply with this rule may result in cancellation of the stay, preserving the well-being of all. • Guests are responsible for the upkeep of the apartments, including furniture, utensils and air conditioning. Repair of any damage caused will be charged to the responsible guest. • The residence is not responsible for objects, money or belongings forgotten or left on the premises. • We reserve the right to charge amounts in advance during check-in. • Failure to show up without prior notice on the scheduled arrival date will be considered a no-show without cancellation. The vacancy will be available for 12 hours from the check-in time. • The objects, furniture and utensils of the residence are entrusted to guests for their comfort and well-being.
