Free open parking for 5-6 vehicles on property. * STRICTLY NO SMOKING POLICY * The space 4 spacious bedrooms with space for 10 guests, 2 en-suite bathrooms, 1 shared bathroom, ample living spaces, large kitchen. Separate washing up area and laundry, 2 large patios. Open parking for 5-6 vehicles. Guest access All bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas. Access to Wifi and smart TV with HDMI connection capability. Outbuildings (& garage) and some storage spaces not accessible to guests. Other things to note - All bedrooms located on upper floor - guests should be able to climb stairs. - Guests must bring own beach/swimming towels. - Host available on mobile, and available in Plett. - The property does not have facilities for infants/ very young children (eg high chairs, kiddie locks, camp cots), and is not childproof. - The house is in a quiet neighbourhood - no parties or disurbance of neighbours alowed. - Guests who make bookings must be 21 yrs or older. Guests younger than 21 may not stay in the property without an adult present as part of the group for the duration of the stay. - Unfortunately no bookings for the annual Rage Festival will be accepted - the house is not suitable for it.
