The space The apartment "Picchio Rosso" is located on the first floor with direct access to the garden. It consists of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a double sofa bed and two bathrooms. The living room has a fireplace and kitchen with oven and refrigerator. Guest access The farmhouse has a large park of 50,000 square meters and a beautiful 25-meter swimming pool. Guests have access to a tennis court, a barbecue and a large gazebo. Thanks to the services made available to guests, it is possible to practice various sports such as tennis, swimming, horseback riding and visit the villages and the most beautiful Umbrian cities of art.
