Private 22 Acre Horse FARM

BRING YOUR HORSES as we welcome you to our peaceful horse farm located just 45 minutes North of Atlanta in Canton, Georgia! The space Our 3 bedroom guest home is as beautiful inside as the property is outside! The one story floorplan is open, spacious, and has everything for 6 adults and several children to stay comfortably. It will be tough to find a property this unique and well appointed 45 minutes north of Atlanta. The master bedroom is oversized with a large master bath (shower & separate tub). The other 2 rooms are both queen rooms that share a bathroom (no connecting doors) with an oversized shower (no tub). Pets are considered; however, there is a non-refundable pet fee of $100 for 1, potty-trained, pet that weighs 35lbs or less. The pet fee will be charged after booking. If you have questions around our pet parameters, please reach out directly as we like to be as accommodating as possible. Absolutely no pets on any of the furniture. If carpet, furniture, or other property is damaged due to pet, we will be forced to consider charging for the repairs. Our next-door neighbor is a dog boarding facility so as an alternative, your pup can literally stay next door. Guest access Guests are free to relax in the peaceful home with a front porch or back porch. For any anglers, fish the stocked pond for TROPHY rainbow trout, bass, and bream. After that, feel free to roam through the beautiful and manicured horse pastures and hike the beautiful nature trails that wind throughout the property! Other things to note We live here and raise our family here. We take pride in keeping our home and land well manicured and maintained. We are grateful to all of our courteous guests who help us keep the property pristine for our kids and future guests to enjoy. Please NO smoking inside and leave no trace of cigarette butts. NO illegal drugs or activities. If you drink alcohol, please be 21 years or older and drink responsibly. The 1 acre pond on the property is currently stocked with rainbow trout and are a blast to catch! We prefer catch and release but are willing to allow our guests to take a couple out under the condition that they cook them to enjoy as a meal! Smoking fee of $500 if found smoking inside the house.
