Four Season Cottage on Stimears Lake. 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms. View of the lake from kitchen, living area and primary bedroom. Small Hot tub (it is a 3 person hot tub / not a large hot tub), games room, dock, waterfront. Summer Only - kayak & rowboat (no oars) + above ground pool. Close to downtown Bancroft, snowmobile/ATV trails, hiking, great fishing, public boat launch, small quiet lake. Please review listing very carefully before booking. Our listing & photos are very accurate & real. The space Beautiful, warm and fun filled cottage on Stimears Lake. Fully loaded kitchen, Living room with lots of windows and lake views, Dining room with table, Primary bedroom with double bed & lake view, second bedroom with queen bed, 1 day bed (converts to double) in living room, 1 twin bed & 1 sofabed in the basement. Guest access Up to 4 cars can be parked in the driveway. please do not park on the front lawn. Other things to note The home has a drilled well and the water is safe to drink. The mattress on the queen bed in second bedroom is firm mattress with a thin mattress topper (personal preference). please take note of that before booking. if you do not like firm mattress, you will not like the bed in second bedroom. Mattress on the bed in the primary bedroom is a medium soft. Pet fee of $75. Some towels are provided for indoor use. Guests are encouraged to bring their own beach towels for the pool, hot tub and lake. For your safety and our assurance, there are 2 outdoor motion activated cameras / recording devices. Please note that the rare scenario of a power outage is completely out of our control. There isn't a back up power generator, just as most homes don't have one. We do not offer a refund or discount in such cases. IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ: Paddle / Rowing boat comes with regular canoe / kayak paddles. Not Oars etc. Please carefully review the entire listing and details prior to booking. Our pictures and descriptions offer a very real depiction of what is offered at our cottage.
