This well-designed 1-br/studio is located one floor above ground on the iconic Avenida Amsterdam in the very heart of la Condesa. Your new home-away-from-home has been thoughtfully designed to offer the traveling couple, solo traveler, or young family the opportunity to nest themselves on the most famously pleasant street in Mexico City. The space features a full-service kitchen with generous storage and counter space to prepare meals. Just off to the left of the kitchen is your private outdoor terrace which is lovely to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening or coffee in the morning. To the right of the kitchen is the living room which features a really cozy Gaia sofa, which pulls out into a sofabed for a third guest. You and your guest can unwind with your favorite Netflix series on the large-screen smart tv in this cozy hideaway. The living room is separated from the bedroom with a pull-out curtain. In the bedroom, you will find another working space (in addition to the private terrace) for you digital nomads. Just through the French doors of the bedroom you will find yourself, or lose yourself in an uncommonly large bathroom that features three little blessings that are a rare commodity in Mexico City: 1)a shower with very strong water pressure, 2) a brand new large-capacity hot water tank, and 3)your own industrial-strength separate washing machine and dryer. (Not the 2-in-1 things that never dry your clothes properly). I searched for a very long time to find just the right space to be able to proudly showcase this splendid neighborhood. While there is no elevator in the building, it is just up one flight of stairs, and I will be more than happy to help you with your luggage if you need it!
