The space Escape to the Sunshine State in The Villages, FL with 13 Championship golf courses (10-27 hole and 2-18 hole) and 40 Executive golf courses! Along with plenty of room for your family, this vacation rental offers comfortable furnishings, a screened-in-lanai, access to the community saltwater pools and golf courses. *There is a camera located towards the front door for guest and homeowner security* Guest access Feel free to utilize our property as if it were your home. There are over 100 swimming pools, one a block away which is heated. Lots of recreation centers and activities including pickle ball, tennis, polo, music and dancing in the squares. One hour from Disneyworld and close to the beaches. Other things to note The Villages has 4 town squares each with free live music from 5 pm to 9 pm, 365 nights per year. The town squares have plenty of shopping and restaurants. You don't need the pass to attend the activities at the town squares. 4.8 miles to Lake Sumter Landing 5.8 miles to Brownwood 7.5 miles to Spanish Springs 11.3 miles to Sawgrass Grove Guest staying 3 or more nights will be offered the option to obtain guest passes for your stay. If you would like a guest pass (no charge), after booking please forward full name, street address, and date of birth for every family member who you would like a pass for. (guest ID cards are required for all guests who are at least 1 year old). If you don't need passes (just planning on visiting the town squares, restaurants, bars and shopping) then there is nothing else to do. Limit of 4 guest passes per family stay. If you book within 72 hours of your stay no passes may be issued. If a guest is coming for a month or longer you may request a temporary lifestyle resident ID. There is a $50 fee per home fee made payable to the Villages directly. If interested, a form needs to be completed and brought to Lake Sumter Landing Sales & Information Center and the fee is paid there. The difference between a visitor guest pass and a temporary lifestyle resident ID is that a temporary lifestyle resident will have full resident member access to the amenities with resident rates. A guest pays guest rates for golf, tennis and other amenities. Without a resident number, the guest will not be able to request advance tee-times. A guest will not have access to sports, pools or the woodworking shop and may experience difficulty accessing some shows and classes that allow resident’s entry first and then allow guests when there is available space. Rentals of 14 days or longer: An initial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, laundry soap and cleaning products are a courtesy. Any additional shall be the responsibility of the tenant.
