Our two 29 m² rooms can accommodate up to 3 people and offer all the comforts to make your stay pleasant: air conditioning, wifi, washing machine and dishwasher. Easy to access (public parking a few meters away and 5 min walk from bus and train stations), it is close to all amenities (supermarkets, restaurants, bars) and places of interest (port, beach, pedestrian area). The space 2 rooms with bright and air-conditioned balcony with 3 beds. (1 double bed in the bedroom and 1 sofa bed in the living room). It is composed of: - A comfortable living room (wifi, TV with USB key connection) with sofa bed and fully equipped American kitchen (dishwasher, multi-function microwave, stove, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, nespresso kettle), - Bathroom with washing machine, - Bedroom with bed 190cm X 140cm, -a 5m² balcony with a table and 3 stools Duvets, pillows, sheets, towels, basic necessities and household products are provided. We leave you the option to leave the apartment as clean as you found it on arrival or we offer a cleaning fee for €40. High chair, and crib (no sheets) for baby free upon request and availability. The comfortable accommodation is located on the 1st floor (without elevator). This place is great for a couple with a child. It is also very convenient for boat crew members because of its proximity to the port and that of the main training centers: the accommodation is in the same residence as the Zephyr Yachting training center and 100 m from that of Bluewater. Checkin via our lockbox located in the building.
