The property is located approximately 1.5km from the Hub Mall and Karen centre, with plenty of shops and restaurants for your convenience. Close to tourist attractions, with easy access to the airports. The space Our cottage is a comfortable open plan style living space, with a separate kitchen and dining nook. There is a relaxing outdoor covered sitting area, where you can enjoy views over the garden. The space is adjoined to my office (where I work alone). It has its own private entrance and side access. There is a comfortable king size bed with an ensuite shower room. Within this open plan space is a comfy lounge area. The small dining nook can double up as a workspace. WiFi is included. Our kitchenette has all the essentials to make your stay comfortable. which includes a 2x gas burner stove, induction cook-top, microwave, crockery, cutlery, a small fridge, kettle, and toaster. The covered verandah has a comfortable sofa overlooking the garden, which is shared with our dogs, cat and chickens. Please note the following: We do not allow additional guests to stay that are not part of the booking. No loud music, our garden is our sanctuary, the singing birds are to be enjoyed. This is a non smoking accommodation. Thank you. Guest access Guests have a private access to the space. Car parking on site. Other things to note We have 3 dogs on the property who are friendly, although may bark to say hello. If you or your partner are fearful of dogs then this is probably not the right property for you! We live on the property and are surrounded by residential homes and therefore request people to be quiet between 10pm and 8am. No parties, no late-night music. Only people on the booking will be admitted, no additional guests or visitors are allowed.
