Capelanio gite in tranquil village

This charming stone house has been recently restored to provide attractive and comfortable holiday accommodation for 2-4 people. The terrace affords commanding views over the surrounding countryside. Rabouillet is a peaceful village in beautiful unspoilt countryside ideal for hiking. Many walks nearby, even starting from the house itself. Interesting daytrips include Chateau Cathares, natural gorges, Romanesque Abbeys, picturesque villages, Collioure and the mediterranean coast. The space With it's wooden floors and beamed ceilings, the house has retained it's charm. With the addition of a dish-washer and washing machine, you have all the comfort you need for a relaxing holiday! On the first floor is the kitchen, lounge, diner which gives on to the terrace. This is spacious enough to eat outside and lounge around in the deckchairs whilst soaking up the view! The lounge area has a wood stove for the cooler months so the gite can be used all year round. On the second floor are the 2 bedrooms and spacious bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two singles. On the ground floor is a small private garden and a barbecue as well as another terraced seating area Guest access The gite, terrace and garden are for your sole use. Other things to note We don't add a cleaning charge but you can take the 40€ ( 20€ for weekend stays) cleaning supplement on site if you prefer not to do the cleaning at the end of your stay. Departures are by 10am unless previously agreed. This is normally possibly out of season.
