Pre Check-in building requirements: Before check-in, we will require a separate form to be completed with the ID provided for the main guest. This is a building requirement for short-term rentals for security and insurance purposes. Please inquire before booking if you have any questions. Parking: There is a free secure carpark in the building allocated to this property. Personal Check-ins: We will meet you at the building to provide you with the access cards/keys and to send you in the right direction. Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability. Luggage Storage: Subject to availability, Luggage could be stored before check-in. This is completely at our discretion so please inquire with us. Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay: 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash, 2 x tea/coffee, 3 x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes, but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement. Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay. Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am. This is a professionally managed property so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced property.
