Private Sunroom Suite, minutes from the airport

Just minutes walk from Burlington International Airport, this private suite is very quiet and perfect for exploring Burlington and all that Vermont has to offer. Is it situated close to downtown, UVM, as well as popular destinations such as Sugarbush Mountain Resort and some of the best scenic roads. The proximity to downtown South Burlington and Burlington allows for dining at some of Vermont's best restaurants. There is room for at least two cars to park as well as a private backyard :) The space Just minutes from the airport, free parking, private entryway, private bath, wifi, coffee and snacks to help you relax, you can enjoy this retreat-like suite while enjoying close proximity to town, just minutes away. Your private space is separated from the rest of the house by one locked door, 9 walls, total, and a light blocking curtain covering the entry to the kitchen. The windows are tall! Two have privacy shields but the rest are without blinds. The backyard is very private. I keep the kitchen fan on low during stays, ensuring privacy. As the space IS IN MY HOUSE, we can sometimes hear each other's voices, but you can't hear what words are being said. I will be as quiet as i can, especially in the mornings, otherwise, SOMETIMES YOU WILL HEAR THINGS :) I will not enter your space ever without explicit permission, except during an emergency. PLEASE DON’T ENTER MY SPACE without permission each time. You can always reach me via text or phone, and am happy to answer any questions or chat in person, but will wait for a request to do so. :) *AC can be pumped in from main house, but no AC specifically in your private space* Guest access ENTRY IS IN THE BACK. This suite includes your own entrance, from the back porch, bringing you into the sunroom with your private 3/4 bath, and also adjoins your bedroom. There are pocket doors enclosing the bedroom and bathroom. YOUR SPACE ENDS AT THE LIGHT BLOCKING CURTAIN. There is coffee/tea/filtered water available as well as some snacks, all contained in your space. Laundry and kitchen can be available if necessary. During your stay I do like to greet my guests when they arrive (if possible). The suite is divided from the rest of the house, there is one small entrance to the rest of the house that is blocked with a light blocking curtain. I am happy to answer questions and help in any way I can, and socializing when we are both around is fine as well. Text is the best way to keep in touch. If we are not able to meet upon arrival and you would like to meet, I am happy to do that anytime. Text me via the app and we will arrange to meet! Laundry can be negotiated if that is a critical part of your stay. Other things to note The light blocking curtain is taped shut on my side. I will never enter your space without express permission UNLESS THERE IS AN EMERGENCY. Please don’t enter mine. If you need anything, just ask! The windows are tall and there are two with privacy shading but the rest are blind-free. The backyard is very private and neighbors are far away. Should the need arise again, I leave this here in case we need it : I am available for fully vaccinated individuals only, at this time. I appreciate judicious mask usage in my state. I have completed the entire Airbnb protocol and testing for hosts, and in line with my regular incredibly thorough cleaning, I of course have added the disinfection at a detailed level that will help keep your space a place you can relax.
