Enjoy a unique tranquil country vacation with family and friends. An updated two-story farmhouse with traditional charm is now available for year-round enjoyment located minutes from downtown Oxford, Ohio and Miami University’s campus. Hueston Woods State Park is a short beautiful ten-minute drive where you can enjoy hiking, fishing, golf, dining and much more. In addition, Brookville Lake is a scenic twenty-minute drive. The new Spooky Nook Sports Complex is also less than 30 minutes away. The space The first floor accommodates four guests with a living room, bedroom, game room (with pull-out sofa), and a full kitchen and bath. The second floor accommodates four additional guests (plus a baby crib) with two bedrooms, a full bath, and an office/sitting area. During the winter months, heaters are provided for each second floor room. We hope to hear from you soon and can’t wait for you to experience a fully functional farm (cows included). The listed price is for booking the entire two-story farmhouse. Please message us for a price adjustment if you prefer to book the first floor only. Guest access You will be able to access the entire home minus the certain owner closets, basement and garage. Also please do not go beyond the fence or in the pasture with the Animals. This is a working farm.
