Just 11 km from downtown El Bolsón and 13 km from the Perito Moreno ski resort The space The house is located in the heart of our 18-hectare farm, a place where we work with dedication to care for the environment. We cultivate two agroecological gardens using biodynamic farming methods and have a greenhouse, fruit trees, free-range chickens, dairy cows, and their calves. Additionally, we have implemented a waste management system based on recycling and composting. The grey and black waters from the house are treated in ponds, which allows us to reuse them for irrigating the forest. Protecting our native forest is one of our top priorities, and we have areas dedicated to the reproduction of native plants from the region. Just five minutes walking from the house, you will find Arroyo del Medio, where you can enjoy two beautiful waterfalls, ideal for swimming, relaxing, or simply resting by the water's edge. The house, Vía Láctea, is fully equipped to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable, with a cozy and elegant interior design. The Principal-South Suite features a double bed, high-quality cotton sheets, natural blankets, and duvet comforters. The en-suite bathroom is spacious, with an antique bathtub, a large window that lets in natural light, and a wood-burning stove to provide a warm atmosphere. The second room, The Moon, smaller but equally charming, has a double bed and an additional single bed, ideal for a child. It also has a private bathroom with a bathtub. Both rooms have direct access to the outdoor gallery, where you can enjoy spectacular views of the mountains and the Piltriquitrón Hill—an ideal spot for enjoying the healthy breakfasts included in your stay. On the mezzanine, which overlooks the living room, you will find the third room, The Youngsters, with three single beds and a bathroom with a shower, especially designed for guests over 12 years old. The kitchen is equipped with antique crockery and handmade ceramics, embroidered tablecloths and napkins, as well as a complete set of kitchen utensils, electric kettle, blender, juicer, and a large pantry stocked with aromatic spices, many of which we grow on our farm. The kitchen area also features a wood-burning oven and a space for making fires and barbecues, complemented by a large table under the fruit trees, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. The spacious living-dining room is furnished with comfortable sofas and an algarrobo wood table, surrounded by large windows that offer views of the surrounding nature. In this space, a "rocket" stove provides efficient heating with low wood consumption, perfect for colder days. Breakfast includes freshly milked milk, whole grain bread, butter, yogurt, homemade jams, and compotes made in our pantry. Upon request, we prepare lunches and picnics with products from our biodynamic garden, grown with care and love for the land.
