Full kitchen , screened-in porch and huge living area with Samsung 4K 65" TV. A washer and dryer, central heat and air, dishwasher, etc. Guest access The entire house and laundry room except the garage. Guests may also access all of The Villages amenities like golf, swimming pools, pickleball and live music on the square every evening. A ID card will be provided on request. Other things to note In order for us to provide our guests with the highest quality visit, we ask that our guests follow a strict check-in and check-out policy as described in the booking. Guests should plan for a 3pm check-in and 11am check out.
