It is located on a corner lot, only an 8 minute walk (2 minutes by car or golf cart) to Spanish Springs Town Square and a short distance to three different executive golf courses and dozens of amenities. Two bedrooms with queen-sized beds and one bedroom with matching bunk beds (4 beds). Two full bathrooms, one with a tub and one with a shower. Full kitchen , screened-in porch and huge living area with Samsung 4K 65" TV. A washer and dryer, central heat and air, dishwasher, etc. The entire house and laundry room except the garage. Guests may also access all of The Villages amenities like golf, swimming pools, pickleball and live music on the square every evening. A ID card will be provided on request. We live about 10 minutes from the property so you can reach us easily. The home is in the Village of Del Mar which is a short walk or drive from Spanish Springs. Golf carts can be driven on most streets. Rental carts are available nearby. Walt Disney World is about a 1.5 hour drive from the house. Villages amenities like the family pool and golf courses are nearby also. In order for us to provide our guests with the highest quality visit, we ask that our guests follow a strict check-in and check-out policy as described in the booking. Guests should plan for a 3pm check-in and 11am check out.
