This 5-story wedding cake-shaped home has 360° views of the trees, community and river. This bamboo tower has has been built to live in harmony with the elements and surrounding nature, with open walls and a refreshing breeze on every floor. Your private suite will provide you with the idyllic setting you deserve to feel right at home in Mompiche. The space This 5-story home that has been gradually built of bamboo, recycled and natural materials by loving local hands over the past 16 years. You will have a private oasis in a shared house. The private suite contains a queen bed, private toilet (with a view!), vanity sink, storage cupboards, hammock, desk and day bed. Access to the house is via a shared entrance with a shared kitchen and dining table. Your private suite on the fourth floor includes a private shower and bathroom (both with a spectacular view!) .There is an additional shared shower/bathroom and bedroom on the third floor and a private suite on the top floor. Guest access Guests will have shared access to the dining and lounge areas of the home. Kitchen: As the kitchen is a shared space, access is limited. Use of the kettle, fridge and drinking water is permitted. If you would like to use the kitchen for cooking, please speak with your host. Other things to note Add-on premium meal package available: As an experienced cook, Sirena takes great joy in sharing her culinary skill and stories with the guests. For $15 dollars per day you can expect a delicious breakfast and dinner made with healthy local ingredients. Ideal guests: This accommodation and town are well suited to guests who are laid back, eco-friendly nature lovers, unpretentious and with an adventurous spirit. This house is a love project - forever a work in progress and built to embrace nature. Your host: Your host, nick-named 'Sirena', originally 'Nancy' from California, has called Mompiche home since 2006. As a fun-loving, quirky and passionate host, Sirena can offer you a unique insight into Mompiche. On arrival, Sirena offers to show you around town, introduce you to the local community and the best restaurants. Sirena is happy to help arrange local tours and adventures (including the jungle, massage, surf lessons and much more). Sirena can also provide healthy & delicious home cooked meals. Sirena loves hosting, nature, Mompiche, healthy living, cooking with exotic local ingredients and playing dominos! Other important information: Access to this property includes stairs. There may be one or more others sharing the house, but your suite is completely private. There is also a dog and two cats that live in the house. We love having children stay, but please note there are ledges in the house so we can only welcome children who can keep safe.
