Here you will be able to enjoy nature and the quiet that surrounds it. This unit is conveniently located down the street from the Lakeland Linder Airport, popularly known as the location of Sun n' Fun and is a short drive from downtown Lakeland. The space This unit is styled like a 1x1 apartment with a complete kitchen and full bathroom. The space is cozy and peaceful. This unit is located within a building that contains 3 other units. The unit itself is completely private, only shared spaces being the laundry room and yard. Guest access For this unit, parking is on the left side of the building in front of the left most front door. In order to access the unit, guests will enter the front left door on the first floor of the building. They will then go up the stairs and enter their unit through the door to the right at the top of the stairs. The main entrance before the stairway will be a shared space, however, the guests in this unit will be the only ones using the stair case. Guests will also have access to the shared laundry room that is found around the back of the building on the first floor. There are three other units in this building. Only one shares the same main entrance door. Other things to note Unit includes a shared laundry room located downstairs around the back of the building. **Next door neighbor does have a chicken coop that includes a rooster. Unfortunately we have no control over the sounds that come from the rooster or other animals. This unit is located further away from the neighbor with the coop. Just something to consider and be aware of prior to booking!**
