A unique ground-floor house in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance from the mall and a large supermarket. - 2 bedrooms - 1 music studio with a sofa bed - Living room with pull-out couch for 2 persons, and TV with Netflix, etc.. - Fully-equipped kitchen - 1 bathroom - Yard that wraps around the whole house - 2 sweet cats in the house.
