Cozy home near convenience

Main level: Bedroom #1 (queen), Bathroom, Living room, Kitchen, Office Upstairs: Master bedroom #2 (queen), Attached bathroom, Living room/TV room w/ twin futon couch This is my primary residence. I rent this when I travel for work and you have the entire home. On occasions, I accept guests while I am home, IF: - you only need one bedroom and you are dog friendly of my mini golden doodle. - I rent you the main level bedroom/bath and I stay upstairs. We share the kitchen as needed. The space I’m getting my septic tank replaced so please excuse and avoid the whole in my yard. Guest access Laundry is in unfinished basement. Not available to guests. Other things to note $25 extra per guest over four people max limit. (Per extra person, per night).
