Home in Pioneer

My Pioneer mtn. home has an impressive, forest/mtn. view from the south deck. One can enjoy the sounds of birds, nature, and peaceful retreat from busy life below. The 2 bedrooms upstairs can be separately booked. This West side bedroom #2 is comfortable & decorated. A lite breakfast is available to enjoy on the deck. WiFi and onsite parking are available. My home is close to Silver Lake, Kirkwood Ski resort (60 min.), 1/2 hr. to historical mining towns of Jackson and Sutter Creek, and wineries. The space My home is a relaxing place to stay indoors or outdoors on the deck with the view or yard, gardens, and in nature. Overhead and floor fans supplement above window vent AC. Not advisable to book during heat waves. On site CA cert. massage available. Guest access One can hike, or drive around neighborhood area. Parking is in yard behind a locked gate. During your stay As your host, I will be available at home when the guests need me. Other things to note I am fully Covid vaccinated x8. Breakfast is served 7-7:30am for skiers or if before or may use kitchenette. This room is more suitable for 2 adults and one child over 5yrs for twin bed. NO DOGS! Must check in by 10pm!
