You and your guests will be centrally located to everything Lakeland offers such as Lakeside Village, RP Funding Center, Bonnet Springs Park, and just a mile from the Polk Parkway where you can easily commute to Tampa, Florida beaches, Orlando, Disney, or LEGOLAND. Live like a local while you stay in a great location in Lakeland! The space It is an absolute vibe as you step into the tastefully decorated open-concept floorplan in our house. Immediately open the front door to the living room with a SmartTV and plenty of seating for you and your guests. Right off of the living room is the dining area with a farmhouse table (that seats 6) and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook and prepare meals. Explore the private backyard with a screened-in lanai to enjoy your coffee in the mornings. As you enter the hallways, there are (3) bedrooms and (2) bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms offer queen size beds and the third bedroom has a bunk bed with 2 beds and a trundle bed underneath. Comfortably sleeping 7 guests during your stay! Parking is available for (3) vehicles in the driveway. Other things to note No smoking allowed in or on the property. A $300 fee will be assessed if evidence of smoking is found.
