The space This stylish air conditioned apartment has an open plan kitchen, dining area and living room. Large French windows open out to the pool (10 x 4 m)and outside dining area. The pool is private and only for the use of the apartment which is surrounded by a large patio and garden. The views are stunning! There are 2 double bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom (with shower) and French windows opening out to the pool area and the other double bedroom is located at the back of the property with a view of the raised garden planted with flowers, shrubs and fresh herbs. There is one single bedroom with a single bed and a work from home area (this consists of desk and office chair), this room can also accommodate a cot if required. There is a large bathroom with bath and shower. Guest access Guests have access to the entire ground floor apartment, private pool and parking. Other things to note This is the perfect location for visiting western Crete. Modi village is connected by small lanes which run through olive, orange and avocado groves to a number of other traditional Cretan villages, thus providing a variety of nature walks and the chance to visit small chapels along the way.
