The house is close to everything you would need during your stay, from grocery to shopping, and from theatre to highways, everything is only minutes away! With the Canadian Tire Centre super close by, you will not miss any of the spirited hockey games and soulful concerts that happen weekly. Beautiful windows with a nice sunlit atmosphere makes this stay a must-try. You will be staying in Room #2, private room and contactless service. Once you enter the house with your unique code, you just walk down the hallway and climb stairs and enter your beautiful and cozy room to the right side. Spacious private room located in a shared detached house with free Wi-Fi. Including walk-in closet with hangers, reading table and high-back foldable ergonomic desk chair, microwave, portable fan/heater, window with nice curtains and small fridge. Your room has a privacy door knob with lock. The house has central heat and cooling. For any laundry needs, The washer and dryer are in-house besides your room and there is one spot available for parking Your private Room is within walking distance to several popular restaurants, bars, and bus routes. An ideal base to explore Ottawa. The place is quite, safe and in close proximity to all major banks, shopping centers and job location in Kanata/Stittsville. The room is private but the bathrooms, laundry room, and common areas will be shared. - Parking included on the right side of the driveway only or street parking - Self check-in with a keypad through the main entrance door -Guest can access their Private rooms as well as the other shared areas in the house such as Laundry room, Shared Bathroom on the first & main floors. However, cooking facility is not available -Please note that use of kitchen, living & dining room, office & patio on the main floor & access to the storage room in the basement are not available. - This place is convenient and quiet, you will feel at ease immediately after you step - Feel free to reach out to me incase of any other questions.
