Central location near Passeig de Gracia, Catalunya Square and Urquinaona Square. You will be staying in one of the best located neighborhoods, near public transport, supermakets, pharmacies and convenient stores. Ideal couples or families looking for comfort, quietness and willing to experience the local life in this beautiful area of the city. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS: The apartment has a capacity for up to 4 people distributed in 2 bedrooms: Bedroom 1: 1 Double bed Bedroom 2: 1 Double bed It is equipped with fitted closets, ducted air conditioning and heating by gas radiators. 2 Full bathrooms with WC and shower FACILITIES: Fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and dishwasher *Weekly cleanings for each entire week every tuesday at 12hrs. All belongings must be stored and keep the apartment tided, otherwise the cleaning will be cancelled. TV and high speed Wi-fi Working space with desk and chair Elevator in building Storage room in the building Swimming pool and gym in common areas of the building (not private, but can be used) Full cleaning service of the apartment every 2 weeks (dates to be defined at check in) Baby travel cot and high chair available under request Linens and bath towels will be provided. We recommend you bring your own toiletries. The apartment is characterized by being very quiet as it is oriented to the typical Eixample courtyard. The building's common areas are shared with the neighbors: swimming pool, gym, elevator, stairs, entrance, and hall. Keys will be provided at check-in. High-speed Wi-Fi available. Local recommendations will be provided. Additional services can be arranged upon request and availability. Other things to note ONLY for mid-long term stays of more than 32 days SECURITY DEPOSIT: After the reservation is confirmed and before arrival, an amount of 1,500 EUR will be requested as a security deposit. This amount will be requested online via a secure link. The amount will NOT be charged to the card, and it will simply be held as a pre-authorization, which will not affect your bank balance.
