Situated in the heart of Highland Perthshire, with stunning views over the Tay Valley and mountains beyond, surrounded by farm land and plenty of wildlife. This is a peaceful setting with the benefit of having the farm's award winning Delicatessen, Farm Shop and Bistro just a short stroll across the garden from the cottage. The space The Garden Cottage has a master bedroom with superking bed and small bathroom and a small second bedroom with single bed and a roll-away bed suitable for children. The cottage sleeps a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. There is a shower room/WC, a living/dining room with wood burner and a small kitchen.
