Its double terraces overlooking the ocean as well as the large living space on the rooftop are spaces of incredible well-being. Its bedroom with 4 single beds is ideal for young people or children. Dar Yaya is a haven of peace and comfort full of beautiful colors in a very quiet area facing the ocean and right next to Essaouira. The space Dar Yaya is a Riad-style house, very original, with a perfect location and a magnificent ocean view. It consists of 4 bedrooms, including one with 4 single beds, 3 bathrooms, Moroccan living room, large kitchen and dining room with a beautiful flowerbed under glass at the entrance and two additional small living rooms. A first large terrace on the 1st floor offers a great view of the ocean with its deckchairs and its small tiled dining area. A second very large terrace on the 2nd floor offers you a large living room, dining room and summer kitchen to fully enjoy an outdoor living space. Guest access The entire house is rented, so it is totally available to guests. Only one room on the ground floor is reserved for the owner's use and in this sense is locked during rentals. Parking is available just in front of the house and on the side below a few stairs. The house is on 2 floors in addition to the ground floor, served by 2 stairs. Other things to note The caretaker and his wife will take care of you during your stay, but we remain at your disposal if you need anything.
