Welcome to our Little Dream House for 2 people. Built with love by my father. It is a great place to relax and enjoy the beach within walking distance. The cottage has everything you need and ensures that your vacation can start right away. We live together with our daughter Jackie. The space Our Little Dream House is decorated with passion. It has an oak wooden floor with a spacious and bright living room including a large kitchen. The kitchen has a refrigerator, induction cooktop, washing machine, Dolce Gusto coffee maker and a kettle. Plates, glasses, cutlery, etc. are also provided. There are also two lovely armchairs in the living room. The bathroom is luxuriously furnished, with a spacious walk-in shower, toilet, storage space and a bathroom cabinet. The bed is located downstairs in a bed closet. It is a full bed with an Emma mattress of 200x160 cm and 28 cm thickness. This ensures a comfortable night's sleep, and the bed can be folded back in a few seconds, which creates more space. The garden is designed in such a way that you can also relax outside in the sun. There is also space to store bicycles in our garden (if necessary behind a closed gate door). Guest access Little Dream House is located in the back of our garden in a quiet residential area. Through the gate you enter, walk through our green garden and you will immediately see the cottage in the back. The back part of the garden belongs to the cottage where you can sit in the sun. The key is in a key box, and with it, you can easily check in and out yourself. Would you like to check in earlier or check out later? Ask about the possibilities! Other things to note In the street behind us, you can park for free, and then with a 5-minute walk, you are at the cottage. The beach is a 15-minute walk away, within 10 minutes is a shopping center with restaurants, and within a 5-minute walk is the bus stop to the city of Leiden. On Sundays the shops are closed, but beach clubs are open. Tourist tax: The municipality of Katwijk charges tourist tax, so we charge €1.86 p.p.p.n. Unfortunately, it is mandatory. I will send a money request through AIRBNB for the tourist tax during your stay. The municipality of Katwijk also charges tourist tax for babies and children.
