House is a split level...entry to upstairs is a half staircase....2nd bedroom and laundry room are a half staircase down. Off season, Mohawk Ski Area is a great place to hike. Mohawk Pond is a special treat just a few minute drive up the top of the Mountain. SMALL PETS ONLY **UPDATE** (as of 11/17/23) Lower level 2nd bedroom now contains a full size futon on a wooden frame topped with a brand new memory foam topper. Super comfy. Room has an additional wall mounted fireplace heater for extra heating & ambiance. Futon in living room has been replaced with a couch with pull out bed (full size) and comfortable chair.
