The space ⚠️ Please note: Starting with the 2026 season, one bedroom on the top floor as well as the old kitchen and living area will be closed off for owner use. These spaces will not be accessible, but the villa will still include the bedrooms and common areas exactly as described in this listing. The owner will not be present during your stay. Bedrooms are accessible from the outside, and the main living area is located on the pool floor. Bedroom 3 – The Menton Room: Newly built, vibrant décor, ensuite bathroom, 140 cm bed, poolside access, and air conditioning. Bedroom 4 – The Monaco Room: Spacious ensuite room with Monaco-inspired style, queen-size bed, poolside access, and air conditioning. Bedroom 5 – The Nice Room: Stylish ensuite room inspired by Nice, queen-size bed, poolside access, and air conditioning. Bedroom 6 – The St. Tropez Room: Spacious ensuite room with St. Tropez-inspired décor, queen-size bed, poolside access, and air conditioning. Bedroom 7 (inside the St. Tropez Room): Two 90 cm bunk beds, perfect for additional sleeping arrangements. Extra details: Linen fees are calculated assuming use of all bedrooms and beds.
