Relax with your family at this peaceful place to stay. Our chalet is located in a quiet neighborhood of Itaara with a good neighborhood and is open to welcome guests in all seasons. It is a fully open cabin/loft-style chalet, ideal for couples or families with children. It has a double bed and two single mattresses on top, and a sofa bed on the bottom. The sleeping area is on the mezzanine at the top of the chalet. 2. The mezzanine has a queen-size bed and two single mattresses. 3. In the living room, there is a large sofa bed, which can accommodate one more adult or two children. 4. For this reason, it is ideal for families or small groups (4 to 5 people). 5. We do not rent for parties and loud noise is not allowed, since it has a fixed neighborhood and we value the good coexistence and peace of all. 6. It is a house for rest and fun with family or small groups. 7. The back patio has a 6x3 swimming pool, table, umbrella, lawn, trees and a small barbecue, which can be used together with a rotating barbecue. In addition, there is a gas stove with a plow disc. 8. The front patio has an area with benches and a floor fire pit, ideal for the morning chimarrão or to enjoy the late afternoon. 9. The living room has sofas, a fireplace, a 32" TV (only with open channels for now) and an electric keyboard. 10. The kitchen has a duplex refrigerator, stove with oven, and general utensils. 11.
