From our central location, you will be within a 10-15 minute drive of Downtown Denver, Platte Street, or the River North Art District, and just over 20 mins. from Boulder, Golden, or Red Rocks Park & Amphitheatre. You'll also be within walking distance of a couple restaurants and a small market/bakery, in addition to Skyview Park - with its panoramic views of the city and the Rocky Mountains. The space Garden-level suite has a bedroom, dual-vanity bathroom, office, and an open floorplan living/kitchen area with island. The unit also has its own Nest thermostat, independent from the upper level. Pull-out bed in the living room couch can be pre-made if needed - just let us know in your booking request. Please note that because we work from home (upstairs) most weekdays, you may hear a low level of noise like footsteps, etc. in the daytime hours. Guest access The whole lower-level suite is yours, but you will enter through a shared foyer area. A code will be provided for the keypad. Other things to note Allergy disclaimer: there are two tabby cats (Güero and Gigi) who live upstairs as well, but they generally understand the lower level isn’t their space. Güero is very social though, and he may try to greet you upon arrival. 🙂
