Wonderful cottage in a rural, quiet and peaceful location at the end of a private driveway on a hill. Spectacular sea and countryside views. Ample parking. Located in West Penwith with wonderful beaches and ancient sites nearby. Near to SWCP. Bright rooms with large windows and french doors (one BR), sea views from most rooms. Fully equipped kitchen with wonderful views at dawn. 10 x 5 m Pool, hottub and many sitting possibilities in the garden and on the terrace. Sun from dawn to dust. The space Large open plan living, dining and kitchen. Conservatory with two comfortable seatings. Living room with sea and pool views, two large sofas and additional chairs. Nicely decorated and with cosy lamps all around. Dining with a large table and six upholstered chairs and a bench if necessary to host two persons in addition. Fully equipped kitchen with Miele appliances (dishwasher, oven, freezer (utility)) and a large Liebherr fridge with zero degree zones. Slowcooker, Airfryer, Kitchen Aid, Nespresso, Dualit toaster, kettle, coffeemaker, a lot of pans (Le Creuset, Wok), loads of cutlery and kitchen accessories... Microwave. Also everything for baking. A small toilet with hand wash basin, heating towel radiator and window. Utility room with Miele washing/tumble dry, additional Liebherr fridge and store shelve. Additional small oven for quick preparing of meals, bread etc Modern family bathroom with over head shower, hand wash basin, free standing bathtub, wall mounted toilet (all Fired Earth) and spacious shelves. Cosy children's room with two twin beds, nicely decorated. Various jigsaws and boardgames and a small election of Playmobil figures. A large dresser. Large bedroom with queen size bed, large dresser, an additional seating area and large french doors out to the garden. It's a very cosy, but spacious room and you can enjoy the first morning sunlight. Views out so the sea and the garden with pool. Smaller bedroom with a queen size bed, a large built-in wardrobe and a small desk with a wicker chair. This bedroom has a hand wash basin and a shelf under it. It's also very cosy and has pool and sea views. There is a staircase upstairs, nicely decorated with sisal floor. Upstairs there is a Master bedroom with a king size bed and some cupboards, a small dresser, a small table with a comfortable wicker chair and with spectacular views to the sea and the landscape around. En-suite bathroom with Fired Earth applications and a head over shower. A heated radiator for towels and a bathroom shelve. All beds are equipped with very good mattresses, cushions (feather and plume) and crispy linen. The towels also have a very good quality. All bedrooms are fitted with high quality sisal floors and have black out curtains and blinds. Guest access You can come every time after 16.00 and can enter via a key box. I will tell you the code a few days before your arrival. Other things to note Please no party people. I would be happy to host families. The house isn't equipped for eight adults. Families with one ore more children are perfect. There is no fence around the pool and the use is at your own risk. I have equipped the house with a lot of heart and I would be happy if you respect it. Once a week there is a pool service and it could be that the gardener must do his work. If you would like to come to other times please contact me directly and we could find a solution if the house is empty (we are there several weeks a year, but there could also be availability in between). The Pool is in use only from beginning of May until end of September.
