80 m² barn completely renovated in 2022, perfect for weekends/vacations for couples. 1 double bed 160x200 (crib with mattress available upon request). Maximum two adults. For insurance purposes, the number of people must match the booking. In winter, firewood and firelighters are provided, and then €5 per bag upon request. The space This accommodation is not intended for parties, events or filming. Out of respect for the neighborhood of this peaceful village and in compliance with the town hall's guidelines. Maximum 2 adults (couple, baby) in the cottage. No additional guests. The upstairs is an open-plan space with no separate bedroom. Ideal amenities for a couple with a baby 👶 under 2 years old. * Entire place, equipped for our guests' well-being. * Private access to the pool from May to September. The water is heated by the protective solar dome. THE PROPERTY: * On the ground floor (45 m²): a kitchen/dining room, a living room with TV, a shower room with shower and toilet. Wood-burning stove. * Upstairs (40 m²): A reversible air conditioning unit in the sleeping area (open-plan), on two open levels, a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) on the mezzanine, and 1 baby cot upon request. * Coat rack, storage dresser, and space to store luggage. * Kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, 3-burner induction hob, microwave and built-in oven, coffee maker, teapot, cutlery and crockery. * Coffee and tea available. * Hairdryer, toiletries and towels are provided. * Board games ****** For bookings by a couple with a baby, we can provide: highchair, crib, bathtub, changing mat, baby toys and bouncer. ******* Safety: - During the stay, children will be under the supervision of parents only. The pool is private for our guests. The remote control is provided for free access (motorized opening and closing; to be closed in the evening for safety reasons). - CO and smoke detectors, 1 fire extinguisher. SERVICES: * In summer: an outdoor table with 4 chairs, an umbrella, and various games. * A charcoal grill is available from May to September (charcoal not included) * For the wood-burning stove in winter, 1 large bag of 10 logs and kindling/firelighters are provided, then €5 per full bag. * The discreet owners are on the property, away from the unit, and remain at your disposal. Guest access Check-in from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., with parking for 1 car. We hand-deliver the keys/gate remote control so that you can be independent during your stay. Check-out before 11am. We prefer that the keys be returned in person. Other things to note 50 min from the Château and the Fontainebleau Forest, 1 hour from Paris, Versailles and Orléans. Numerous activities to discover, small shops nearby, 5 minutes away by car (Saclas). Butcher, bakery, restaurants (dine-in or takeout), bar/tobacco shop, hairdresser, beautician, cheese shop, bookstore, small PROXI open 7 days a week. These local shops are closed in August. 15 minutes away: Etampes, movie theater, all shops, Carrefour supermarkets 10 minutes away and Leclerc 16 minutes away, various shops and a gas station.
