The loft can even be a great place for locals who want to staycation and enjoy Marietta Square's bars and restaurants. In addition, for those who are part of the medical community, the loft is within walking distance to Wellstar Kennestone Hospital but is centrally located for easy access to all major metropolitan hospitals as it is located less than 1 mile to I-75, This neighborhood is hidden from the main street and has everything a person would need for short and long term stays. This loft studio apartment is a single large room with a queen-sized bed, a full bathroom with a shower, and a full kitchen with a full-size stove/oven and refrigerator. It features a leather couch and big reclining to watch TV in comfort. All accessories to prepare meals are in the ample kitchen cabinets and drawers. The Living area features a fine leather couch and a very comfortable lazyboy to watch TV or nap. The Living area has a 50' 4K HDTV with all the common streaming apps including the ROKU streaming TV service. Bring your account and watch! The TV is hanging over an antique chest of drawers for storing your foldable clothing and the entry hallway features a large closet for hanging clothes, The hall closet also includes an iron and tabletop ironing board. Washer and dryer are located in the garage under the unit which is at the bottom of the stairs. All our properties are cleaned using natural products with no harsh chemicals. Guest access Guests will be given a code to enter at the time of booking in the welcome letter and a reminder message 15 minutes before the 4PM check-in time. Other things to note The host may conduct a random identity verification to protect both the host and guest from identity theft and illegal activities. If selected, you’ll receive a link to our portal. There is no cost to you, and the process takes less than five minutes, so please complete it as soon as possible before your arrival. For stays of more than a month, a mid-stay cleaning fee of $100 will be applied and collected through the platform resolution center monthly. Guest may select the date on which the housekeeping takes place. This is necessary to maintain the property in the advertised condition. The mid-stay cleaning includes housekeeping for all the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living room. Host-provided color linens are the guests' responsibility to launder but our team will make the beds if the linens have been washed before our housekeeping team's arrival. The cleaning can be scheduled at your convenience, and your presence is not required for it to take place. While we strive to provide the best experience for our guests, we have no control over the actions of our neighbors on surrounding properties. In the Atlanta metro area, recreational marijuana use has largely been decriminalized or is no longer actively enforced, so you may encounter people using it outside our property, around the neighborhood, or in town. Unfortunately, we cannot stop other people's life choices. This property is also near a hospital that does helicopter medevac and ambulances come regularly. You may hear helicopters and ambulance sirens. If you are sensitive to sounds, please consider this BEFORE booking. M&T Hospitality Solutions conducts regular pest control treatments, but this doesn’t eliminate the possibility of them entering the property. As a preventative measure, please do not hold the front door open for extended periods. However, if you're not from the south know that certain bugs are common in Georgia like water bugs, stink bugs, and small spiders, and are in every household. You probably will not see one but if you do, understand it's not an infestation.
