Nestled in a secluded neighborhood, the loft provides everything needed for both short- and long-term stays. The open-concept studio features a queen-sized bed, a full bathroom with a shower, and a well-equipped kitchen with a full-size stove/oven and refrigerator. The living area is designed for relaxation, with a plush leather couch and a comfortable La-Z-Boy recliner positioned for optimal TV viewing. A 50" 4K HDTV with Roku streaming service and popular apps allows you to log into your accounts and enjoy your favorite shows. For storage, the loft includes an antique chest of drawers for folded clothing and a spacious hallway closet with hanging space, an iron, and a tabletop ironing board. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the garage below the unit, accessible via the staircase. All our properties are cleaned using natural products with no harsh chemicals. Early Check-in: Guests can request early check-in starting at 1 PM ET, which is three hours before our standard 4 PM check-in. Typically, our housekeeping team works until 4 PM to prepare the space; however, for an additional fee of $40, we can have the space ready by 1 PM ET. If you need to check in even earlier than 1 PM ET, we recommend booking the night before your arrival to ensure immediate access in the morning. You can pay the early check-in fee either through your booking platform or via a direct payment link. Once we receive your payment, we will schedule your early check-in and update your access codes. Please note that early check-in is subject to housekeeping availability, so be sure to inquire at least two business days before your check-in date. Guest access Guests will be given a code to enter at the time of booking in the welcome letter and a reminder message sent to the guest 60 minutes before the 4PM check-in time. Other things to note For any guest booking with an initial duration of less than one month, if the guest wishes to extend their stay beyond one month, the Host requires the creation of a new booking rather than altering the existing reservation. Each subsequent monthly extension will also require a new booking. Guests extending their stay beyond one month must also schedule a housekeeping visit within the first week of each new monthly booking. Extended stays: Reservations longer than 30 nights require mandatory professional housekeeping every 30 days. The fee for each service is equal to the standard checkout cleaning fee listed for the property. Booking confirms agreement to this requirement. M&T Hospitality Solutions conducts regular pest control treatments, but this doesn’t eliminate the possibility of them entering the property. As a preventative measure, please do not hold the front door open for extended periods. However, if you're not from the south, know that certain bugs are common in Georgia, like water bugs, stink bugs, and small spiders, and are in every household. You probably will not see one, but if you do, understand it's not an infestation.
