A charming wooden lodge set in North Cornwall located ideally between Polzeath, Daymer Bay & Rock with local fishing villages Padstow & Port Isaac only a drive / ferry away. Making it the perfect base to explore all that is beautiful about North Cornwall. The lodge is on a family run camping / caravan park, based on a working farm. There is a public footpath through the farm leading right onto Polzeath or Daymer Bay beach Private parking located behind the lodge. *New kitchen fitted 2025* The space A fully wooden lodge throughout with a spacious open plan kitchen, lounge & dining area which has double french doors onto a high risen decking area looking out onto your own private use front garden. The open living space has a dining table for eight and smart tv. The kitchen includes a electric oven, microwave, dish washer, washing machine and fridge/freezer. There is two bathrooms in the lodge one with a shower/bath and the second with a shower. The lodge is fully fenced around with a outdoor tap located in the front garden. Other things to note There is an on-site honesty shop stocked with your daily essentials such as fresh semi skimmed milk, cheese, bread and much more. Open in peak season only.
