Only a .6 mile walk to town, where you can find quaint shops, great restaurants, public boat ramps, and the best sunset money can buy. Enjoy the large yard, fire pit, and the kayak available to guests. *I have 2 dogs that share the space with me. They will not have access to your room* The space You will have 3 rooms that are completely private to you. Your bedroom, a day room(that can be turned into a bedroom), and a bathroom. There is a large shared backyard with a fire pit as well. Guest access The only off limit locations are; my room, the extra spare room, the attic, and the 2 sheds on the property. The rooms in the house will be labeled so there is no confusion :)
