The apartment has a large living room of 40 m² with direct access to the garden of 100 m² with two palm trees & a pond. It has garden furniture for eating outside (covered seating) or just to enjoy the garden. The 20 m² bedroom has a large double bed and a sleeping chair overlooking the garden. In addition, the apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi & a 55-inch flat-screen TV. In the basement there is a washing machine & dryer for free use. The space You have everything you need in the apartment. There is no air conditioning, but there is a large portable fan for the summer. Lake Lucerne is just 50 m from the apartment with swimming facilities & a boat station. Around the apartment you will find numerous restaurants, various shopping facilities and in the main square there is a bakery with café. Guest access The entire apartment with private access has a living room with kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom for the sole use of the guests. There is also a large garden with a covered dining area or just to enjoy. Access to the basement with the washer & dryer is described in the apartment. Other things to note The apartment does not have its own parking space, but right in front of the house in the village square there is parking for a fee (pay machine). In the idyllic village of Gersau you will find everything you need for everyday life. A Denner branch is about a four-minute walk from the apartment and a Volg branch can be reached in about three minutes on foot. The bakery with café is around the corner and can be reached in two minutes on foot. In the village shops or in the dairy, you can do your daily shopping. In addition, you will find a Schwyzer Kantonalbank, a post office and an Agrola gas station in Gersau. A wider range of shopping opportunities can be found in the towns of Brunnen or Schwyz, which are just 10 minutes away by car, with various shopping centers and branches of the most well-known retail businesses as well as furniture, fashion and sports shops. Transport links From the bus stop "Gersau Schiffstation", which is about a two-minute walk away, bus lines no. 2 and no. 28 run in the direction of Schwyz - Rotkreuz/ Rotkreuz - Schwyz. The nearest highway entrance is in Brunnen and can be reached from Gersau in about 11 minutes by car. There is a boat service towards Flüelen and Lucerne and you can cross the lake between March and October with the Gersau - Beckenried car ferry, saving you about 50 kilometers.
