Mama's house Gianna is an elegant independent villa completely at your disposal, with a private garden of 400 square meters ; it is a few minutes from the Gavi area and 10km from the very popular Serravalle Designer Outlet and 40km from the sea of the Ligurian Riviera. The villa is equipped with spacious rooms for staying and can accommodate up to 10 guests. Are you in the area with family? With your friends? Why not, with your co-workers for work? The space The villa offers on the ground floor a large living room with double sofa bed, a large kitchen with dining area, equipped with state-of-the-art appliances such as: refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, kettle, "Nespresso" coffee machine, citrus spies, toast; a bathroom with shower. On the first floor you can find 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom with jacuzzi. The house offers all kinds of comforts including Smart TV in the living room and in each bedroom, hairdryer, washing machine, iron, barbecue and a terrace on the kitchen side where you can eat outside during the summer. Guest access The house is built on two floors (ground floor and first floor) and will be completely at your disposal. Mama Gianna's House is located on a private street, with the possibility of parking in front of the house, with a private entrance to the villa.
