It is not a place meant to be used a a hotel..only thru airbnb u can access us . The villa is located in one of the favourite bird viewing spots of Goa. The Salmona spring flows by the foothill of the property is just around the bend and makes for an enchanting short walk. Monsoon lights up the Seshah House private forest with fireflies and October to February we have birds like the Golden Orioles, the Hornbills, Birds of Paradise, Kingfishers amongst the more common Magpies, Flycatchers, Bulbuls and more. The Villa faces east to the rising sun and spectacular views of the rising moon can be enjoyed from the balcony. The entire floor has 12 large windows which allow natural light, fresh air and a sense of quite optimism to flood the space. The property is situated on the road leading to the Salmona spring and though you are close to all the Coastal beaches of Candolim Calangute, Baga, Vagator and Anjuna and all hip and happening nightlife spots are within a 20 minute drive. So the guests have the perfect blend of a nature getaway and a fun "Goa" Holiday!!!! The 1st floor has internationally appealing open plan aesthetics. Guest access Guests can access the entire first floor of the villa. There is a private stairway leading to the 1st floor. There is an independent access from Gate 1 which leads up to seperate stairway to First Floor. Guests can also access Hosts Gate 3 and walk up from our GF home access . Other things to note Around Seshah House is the natural springs of Salmona, Forested Hills which are Bird watching spots , Malabar Pied Hirnbill, Golden Orioles, Parrots, Peacocks , Cuckoos and Drongis are our regular visitors. Rare sighting of Porcupines, Meer cats and weekly transit of troops of Langurs are the Western ghat fauna around us. Quaint old houses of the Indo-Portuguese architecture in the vicinity make for charming village walks. Swanky bar & restaurants, coffeeshops are waiting to discovered as pop- up quietly while you walk through the winding lanes of village, close to holiday action in Candolim , Baga , Anjuna etc but miraculously away from the madness . Small chapels & temples are nestled in the lanes and winding roads. Yoga classes from teachers in the neighborhood can be requested & booked in advance .
