Cozy and comfortable, it can accommodate up to 3 people in a perfect location for you to get to know Rome on foot. There, you will find: - As soon as you enter, you will find a large wardrobe to hang clothes and put your suitcases - A large bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a closet, one armchair with an extendable structure that can be transformed into a single bed with Memory Foam Mattress! - A large living room with: a very comfortable sofa a coffee table and a 50 inch SMART TV with all the best video streaming services included(free of charge) - A kitchen fully equipped with a big table up to 4 seats (Nespresso Coffee Machine & Americano Coffee Machine, set of professional knives, kettle, oven, a microwave and everything you need for cooking) - A bathroom with a new shower, and a laundry space with washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. - Air conditioning in all rooms and free wifi fast connection Towels and bed linen, shower gel and hairdryer provided. Guest access This beautiful apartment, inside a 4 floors building of the early '900, finely and preciously restored, is located in one of the most ancient Roman neighbourhood, the Rione Pigna. The property is located just a very few steps far from the Pantheon, Trevi's Fountain, Spanish Steps, Roman Forum and the Colosseum, in a charming area, with lots of peculiar stores, candlelight restaurants and friendly pubs and 24h Supermarket. The several buses, as well as taxi station (around the corner), the rent-a-bike and the rent-a-motorbike, allow its guests to move around Rome easily and fast. The apartment is on a very bright and is suitable for maximum 3 people. Internet cafe', 24h supermarket, pharmacy, money exchange, international phone calls point, ATM machine, bank... just downstairs!!! The building has a video surveillance service that allows guests to feel 100% safe like at home. Other things to note Third floor with elevator! :) If you arrive in the middle of the night, thanks to the self check-in feature, you can also enter the apartment in complete autonomy, so if your flight arrives at 2 am and you're wondering if you can check in at that time, yes!
