We are pet friendly. The main floor features a modern, open-concept design that harmoniously merges the living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen’s large island with four stools is the heart of the home. Step out onto the furnished deck, complete with ceiling fans, to enjoy the gentle island breeze. Your private outdoor oasis awaits in the fenced backyard. Enjoy the heated, screened-in pool, an outdoor shower, poolside refrigerator, charcoal grill, and a firepit. Home Layout & Amenities: Ground Floor: A spacious garage with parking for two vehicles, driveway for parking four vehicles an EV charger, and an elevator providing step-free access to all floors. We also provide beach carts, coolers, chairs, and umbrellas. Second Floor: A luxurious master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. You'll also find a laundry room and two additional bedrooms (one with a queen bed, the other with a queen and a full bed). Third Floor: A versatile bonus room with a 3three bunkbeds )each has two fulls and one single, couch, loveseat, and chair that convert to queen, full and single. This entertainment hub includes a large TV and a freestanding arcade game machine. A final bedroom on this floor offers one queen and one full bed. Weight bench and weights. Family-Ready Kitchen & Supplies: Appliances: Coffee maker, blender, crockpot, waffle maker, air fryer, and a large lobster pot. Stocked Essentials: A starter supply of spices, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies. For our youngest guests, we provide two cribs, a pack-n-play, and a high chair. Golf cart available to rent at discounted rate (use at your own risk), must have valid DL and insurance. Guest access Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire property. This includes the entire home, the private heated pool, the fenced-in yard, and the garage. For your convenience and security, the home is equipped with: Keyless entry for easy, flexible self-check-in. An in-home elevator providing step-free access to all three floors. Other things to note Home has keyless entry which allows for an easier check in experience. We offer guests o[tion to rent a 6-passenger electric golf cart at a discounted rate. Golf carts can be parked at the beach parking. You can also drive golf carts to nearby restaurants and grocery stores. Golf cart use requires: Valid drivers license, valid auto insurance, driver must be 21 years old or older. A waiver of liability must be signed at time of rental. Golf cart occasionally requires maintenance and availability cannot be guaranteed. Their are a limited number of roads that can be driven on with Golf Cart. Map will be provided. Elevator Note: This property features a residential elevator for occasional adult use. It is not ADA-compliant and should not be relied upon by guests with mobility needs, so stairs will still be necessary to access the home. For safety, use by children or for recreational purposes is strictly prohibited. Elevators are sensitive systems and may stop functioning due to weather events (such as flooding, power outages, or high winds), overloading, user error, or safety mechanism triggers. Repairs must be performed by licensed third-party vendors and may not be available on short notice, resulting in extended downtime. While our team makes every effort to keep the elevator in working order, continuous availability cannot be guaranteed. The presence of an elevator does not affect rental rates; therefore, no refunds, discounts, or other compensation will be provided if it becomes unavailable. Pool Note: Please note that water temperature can vary with outdoor conditions, and during colder winter months the pool may not always reach a comfortable temperature even while the heater is working. Our team services pools regularly and will assist quickly if an issue arises, though refunds or discounts can’t be offered for temporary downtime or cooler-than-expected water. For safety, children should always be supervised while using the pool.
