Its situated to the rear of a private home and only 10 mins walk from Ranelagh and 15 mins from Ballsbridge. Peaceful and charming you wont want to leave…. Taylor Swift stayed with us while enjoying a low key visit to Dublin. We were delighted to have her at our home and equally thrilled she managed to avoid the attention of the media. The space Living room and modern Bulthaup Kitchen. One double bedroom and second double room on mezzanine. Two bathrooms. Both with shower and one with bath. Large dining room / office. Beautifully secluded private terrace. The coach house is to the rear of our 200 years old house. The Coach house as the name suggests would have housed the horse and carriage belonging to the main house owners. The Coach House is very secure and extremely private. The house can accommodate max 4. Guest access Guests will have full and exclusive access to The Coach House. Parking is available for one car at the front of the property 50m from the Coach House Other things to note Access to the coach house is along a gravel path - there is one step. The bedrooms are both on the upper floor. One shower room with wc is on the ground floor and the other on the upper floor.
