The Office at Bergen is a guest suite nested inside a weather-worn 1950's workshop built by carpenter Roy Noel. The overall structure now houses flywheel fabelwerks (fw2) a digital design, fabrication, and restoration studio. Works in progress include, but are not limited to, the restoration of two 1966 Volkswagen beetles. The space Appointments of wood, metal, and industrial found objects handsomely frame your suite spot in the shop, which includes a pull out sofa, sleeping loft, cozy kitchenette, full bath, and ample creative space to make good on your time at The Office. Guest access The shop, located in a small neighborhood that is surrounded by massive pasture and farmlands, comes with access to free parking, the suite, bathroom, and a catwalk leading to a small rear deck. There's stacked fire wood to burn, and if you are itching to look in on our studio werkshop projects, just ask. Other things to note Count on internet connection being spotty. But, the local Depot restaurant is only a block away, and they offer solid eats and free wifi. Also, note that there is a picturesque 'back way' (5 miles) to beautiful Shaker Village at Pleasant Hill that you might enjoy.
