The Beach House at Colquhoun Estate

Located on Pinney’s Beach, footsteps away from the clear blue Caribbean Sea, The Beach House provides guests with a relaxing environment with all the features of modern living. The space The Beach House is the perfect accommodation for a relaxing getaway. Featuring two bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, armchair and a ceiling fan. The open floor plan with an expansive living and dining area provides the perfect space to connect with family and friends. Prepare a meal in the fully equipped kitchen and relax on your enclosed patio with an outdoor dining area and sofas. The outdoor patio is complimented by a pool, outdoor shower, four lounge chairs, and paved walkway to Pinney’s Beach and Yachtsman Grill. We encourage you to unplug but if you need to connect, enjoy local and US internet service and a US phone line. Rejuvenate in the spacious bathrooms with double sinks and rain shower head. The Beach House also includes beach towels, beach toys, beach blankets, pool inflatables and an air pump. The nearby beach restaurant & bar (Yachtsman Grill) offers beach chairs and umbrellas There is also a separate laundry room with a washer, dryer and sink. The covered garage is large enough to hold 2 cars. Please note that the gate is not automated so guests will have to open the gate manually. Guest access Guest have access to the entire villa including the laundry room Other things to note Airport Transfers: If you arrive into St. Kitts, the best way to get to Nevis is by the fast ferry located at Reggae Beach. So that you don't have to worry about getting to the Beach House, we will arrange taxi service and fast ferry service on your behalf. We will ensure that a taxi is waiting for you at the airport in St. Kitts when you exit customs and immigration. The taxi will take you to the fast ferry pier at Reggae Beach. The fast ferry will then take you to Nevis where you will be met by another taxi that will take you to the Beach House. This service is included in the nightly rate. Please note that ONLY the transfer to the Beach House is included in the nightly rate. We can arrange the transfer back to the airport on your day of departure but that will be at your cost. Maintenance: The pool is cleaned 2x per week on Wednesdays and Saturdays and landscaping is done once per week on Wednesdays. Garbage is collected on Wednesdays and Sundays. If you prefer not to be disturbed during your stay, we will do our best to modify this schedule.
