Our cozy studio apartment is located near Passader and Dobersdorfer Lakes and is located in a modernized farmhouse. From us you can reach the popular Baltic Sea beaches along the Kiel Fjord in just 10 minutes by car. The apartment has 2 large rooms, each about 20 square meters, and offers sufficient sleeping possibilities for about 2 - 3 people. The space In addition to a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) in the bedroom, there is a pull-out day bed in the kitchenette (also 160 x 200 cm). The two rooms can be separated by a door. In the bedroom is the back of our tiled stove, so that you can make yourself comfortable in the sitting area with sheepskin, blanket and pillow even in the cold season! In the extensively equipped kitchenette you can prepare a breakfast or small dishes. However, since the kitchen does not have an exhaust hood, please understand that no odor-intensive dishes, such as fish, can be prepared. On the property we have both a gas grill and a smoker, which can be used by appointment. The studio apartment is located in the front house. The courtyard can also be used and is particularly suitable as an outdoor dining area in summer. There is also access to the orchard of the rear house overlooking Lake Passada. You can access your living area in the front house via the shared, covered house entrance and a common hallway. This area offers plenty of space to store shoes, jackets and coats, especially in the wet months. In the kitchen-living room you will find a wardrobe with additional hanging and storage options. In the hallway, two separate and lockable entrances lead to your living area or to the other area of the house, which is used by us. Access to your bathroom can also be reached via the shared entrance area. During your stay We are available on site for questions and requests and are happy to help you, but we also pay attention to respecting your privacy. Other things to note Please note that the property is co-owned by two dogs: We own the little Cockapoo dog "Kasa." She is a trained therapy companion dog and is suitable for allergy sufferers due to her non-hair fur characteristics. Of course, Kasa will stay outside your private rooms. The back house is shared with the golden retriever "Lino." He stays mainly in the rear house and in its fenced garden. Due to the spatial conditions, both dogs can also temporarily stay in the shared courtyard. Both dogs love cuddling and feel more comfortable when no other dogs or animals are staying on the property. Otherwise, of course, we are very happy if you like dogs and want to spend a relaxing time with Kasa and Lino in Probsteierhagen / Hof Wulfsdorf! In addition, we have five tame chickens, who will gladly lay a breakfast egg for you on request.
