“Our very own private resort is a perfect getaway for relaxation & unwinding “The whole perimeter which is 1,000 sq meter is gated & fully fenced .We do not use chlorine in the swimming pool since our water source is flowing .The place is also perfect for exclusive events .It can also hold any company events & team building .The beachfront has shoreline for any games & activities. The place upstairs is not available for guests since this is our own private rooms . The space You are right at the 38-meter beachfront where you can enjoy the sea breeze .Besides the function area,there are two cottages at the front for 12 persons per cottage for small group gatherings.There is a hammock and “duyan “,tables and chairs by the shoreline .What else can you ask for to relax and unwind. The pool has no chlorine. There are two bamboo houses.The two bedroom bamboo house is newly built and the other one was just renovated .All rooms are A/C.Your comfort is our utmost priority. The place to entertain is the function area located in the ground floor.You can sing karaoke all night with our bose speaker . There is a 10 seater magkuno table for dining.You can use extra chairs and tables if needed.Chiller and hot /cold water dispenser are both within easy access. Basketball court is within the premises .There is enough space for you to hold games and activities . The entire premises is “well-lit”during the night with seven solar system and the shoreline with flood lights .While it is screaming hot to swim during the day ,the well -lighted shoreline makes night swimming at the beach relaxing and nicer. Guest access We don't keep personal belongings in this resort .You can access everything in this place .You will have 55 inch TV for karaoke use and wifi. Free use of chiller and hot and cold water dispenser.We will provide three refills. Barbecue grill will be available for all of you to enjoy.You can bring all the drinks and food you want with no corkage .You can cook .There is a stove (gasul)that you can use for free.Remember our source of water is flowing so there is no limit as to the use of water. Other things to note We are providing a smoke grill, so you can barbecue if you want . Pets: Our place is Pet Friendly Home. Feel free to bring your pet. If your pet is house trained, he/she can be taken inside the bamboo house .Cleaning up after your pet is all I am asking. I will not charge extra for this. Smoking: We do not permit smoking within the premises especially in the function area.There will be a smoking designated area and please use cigarette bins provided.
