This is a residential home in a quiet neighborhood, and we take keeping our neighbors happy very seriously. No parties, loud music, or rowdy groups—this is not the house for that. Violations of house rules will result in immediate eviction and hefty fines. Please book responsibly and respectfully. Outdoor spaces are not available for use from 10 PM to 7 AM Cancel within 24 hours of booking free of penalty! HOUSE RULE: The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old and must be present for the duration of the stay. HOUSE LIMITATIONS: While we love to celebrate special occasions, the property does not operate as a venue. Reservations are for accommodations only. No bachelor parties. No smoking anywhere on the premises. Per the city of Austin's short term rental ordinance the following rules apply to every vacation rental within city limits, with no exceptions: 1) Outdoor spaces are not available for use from 10 PM to 7 AM, 2) Parties and events are not permitted, 3) Occupancy limit of 6 unrelated adults This home is pet friendly. However, there is an additional fee and damage deposit required. There are also weight and breed restrictions. Max 2 pets.
