Private entrance guest bedroom with ocean breezes located across the street from the beach. Surfing ,biking, sailing and beach walking are enjoyed year round. We see the channel Islands and light house off in the distance on the west end of our beach. The Pier of Port Hueneme beach is located on the East end of the beach and it is enjoyed by beach walkers and fisherman alike. Keyless entry to this unit. Complex has two pools and two jacuzzies all heated and for your enjoyment. The space Lovely guest bedroom ( 11 feet by 11 feet) with a good size window and two doors. Room is carpeted and there are blinds over the window. It is furnished with queen size nectar mattress, bed frame, dresser, desk , 40 inch smart TV , mini fridge ,air fryer, and microwave. Large closet with hangers. Linens will be provided that include sheets and towels . Plates, bowls ,silverware and a coffee mug is also provided, These will be cleaned by the host on a once daily basis along with her dishes. The room has two doors. One door is used to enter and exit the bedroom from the third floor outer walkway. There is an interior dog gate at the stairs to separate the main house from the guest area. The guest is additionally asked to keep the interior door in the closed position at all times for the security of the dog . A small Shiba Inu dog lives in the house but she stays in the master bedroom or down stairs with her owner at all times. The host offers to do one small load of laundry per week free which does not include folding. Additional loads may be done for a fee or you can use the local laundromat which is only two blocks away. It is clean and has larger capacity machines to do your laundry. Guest access Guests have access to the second bedroom, the hallway and main full bathroom only. No kitchen privileges. Two plates, a bowl , glasses, silverware , and mug are provided for use. Microwave, mini fridge and air dryer are in the room. Dishes will be cleaned by the hosts once daily. , Bathroom is shared with the host. Outside the guest will have use of the two pools and two jacuzzies which are heated year round. During your stay I will be available for questions, concerns or advice about the area and the condo. Otherwise you will be given your privacy and time to enjoy yourself in this lovely beach community. Other things to note This beach is preferred over other beaches such as Malibu which is so much more crowded with tourists and residents if you want peace and quiet. Our gated condo complex HOA has asked that all new guests complete registration paperwork which is only three pages long . They are also asking that a criminal background check be done on all new guests at this time.
