Guest access You will have full access to the entire property and our amenities during your stay. Other than that, you'll be left alone unless you need help. There is no street parking allowed. LAKE ACCESS: Short-Term Rental (STR) guests in Lake Arrowhead must be registered with the Arrowhead Lake Association (ALA). Because Lake Arrowhead is a private lake, access is strictly regulated. Registered STR guests can enjoy walking the shoreline trails and fishing, but are banned from launching boats or accessing private beach clubs. - Permitted Activities - Shoreline Access: Guests can walk designated trails, relax, and swim within 100 feet of the shoreline. Swimming: You are allowed to swim on the lake but cannot use any boats, kayaks, paddleboards etc. Shoreline Fishing: You are allowed to fish from designated shorelines with a valid California fishing license (for ages 16 and older), adhering to strict bag limits. - Strictly Prohibited - Beach Clubs: STR guests are explicitly banned from entering Burnt Mill and Tavern Bay Beach Clubs. Boating: Renters may not store, launch, or use any boats (including kayaks or paddleboards) on the lake. Docks: Fishing from privately owned docks or other non-shoreline areas is strictly prohibited. Public Docks: No access to Village docks, Lone Pine Island, or the ALA fishing dock at Peninsula Park. To get registered with the ALA, we will need the first and last name of every guest. We will then register all those names as guests of ours during your stay. You will then receive an email & all guests over the age of 18 will need to digitally sign a liability waiver. You must carry a physical photo ID with you and the RFID Membership card with you while on ALA property (This card will be at the property when you arrive).
